Terms of Use

Rules for accessing the Option Signals platform, limitations of liability and the terms on which informational materials are provided.

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Option Signals (the "Service").

By accessing the Service, viewing its materials or using signals, charts or any other feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Option Signals is an information and analytics platform providing trading signals, market analysis, educational materials and data-visualisation tools.

The Service does not accept, execute or manage trading operations, does not hold user funds and does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

Any mention of brokers, trading platforms or partner services is for reference only and is not a recommendation to trade.

3. No financial advice

The materials of the Service — including signals, "confidence" percentages, indicators, AI commentary and forecasts — are not personal investment advice, a public offer or an inducement to trade.

All trading decisions are made by the User alone. You are fully responsible for assessing risk, choosing instruments, sizing positions and complying with the law of your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy and timeliness of information

We aim to maintain high-quality analytics, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continuity of the data and signals provided.

Market data may be delayed, contain errors or be unavailable for technical reasons. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Option Signals, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates are not liable for:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
  • loss of profit, capital, data or business reputation;
  • losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service;
  • acts or omissions of third-party brokers, exchanges, data providers and payment systems;
  • decisions taken on the basis of the Service's materials.

6. Cap on liability

The total liability of the Service for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for paid features over the preceding 12 months, or to zero where access was free of charge.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those cases the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

7. User obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • not attempt to hack, overload or circumvent technical restrictions;
  • not copy, distribute or resell the Service's materials without written consent;
  • independently assess risk and whether trading complies with the law of their country;
  • not use the Service where such activity is prohibited in their jurisdiction.

8. Age restrictions

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

By using the Service you confirm that you have reached that age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service — design, texts, logos, source code, data structures and analytical models — are protected by intellectual-property law.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the Service's materials.

11. Suspension of access

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or for technical or legal reasons.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. A new version takes effect once published on the site.

We recommend checking the current version of this document periodically.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent court at the place of registration of the Service's operator, unless mandatory rules of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
